Server Error in '/' Application.

what version of DNN are you running only very old versions run under .net 2.0

Even when i change the version also same issue. its  4.0 same error. 

And Am using Dotnetnuke version 06.01.02

You should upgrade your DNN at least to DNN 6.2.9 or 7.1.2.
When switching to .Net 4, you need to execute the script /install/scripts/Net4.config, however, you should fix the current issue first.
There seem to be a problem with portalsettings, check your database table PortalSettings for duplicate or empty rows.

Well, I checked the portalsettings table. All fields seems to be same as old database portalsettings. This problem arised after i moved to godaddy service provider.
