maybe there is an issue wit portal aliases. sorry, hard to detect from the error message.

Well after spending time, i feel that error must be from database. But am receiving this error. All this happening after moving to GoDaddy.

Looks like PK may have fell off the table or it was changed so that it doesn't auto add/increment the ID. Check the table of ask support to check it.

how did you migrate? LogEventID is defined as an AutoIncrement field - if this is missing, there is a high risk that there are a number of other issues in the database schema.
