What is the URL used to generate this error?

Are you using a forbidden character in the URL?  
Example: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15...

I think I've gotten it figured out.

It just occurred once (for one page). Looking into it, it seems as though the parent page had some strange characters in its Title, hence the TabPath for the page in question contained forbidden characters. I see in the database some Tabs (pages) with Tab Name that contains '
I appreciate for your replies.

This is on a test development server, running 7.2.1. on the live site, I am still running 7.1.2. How often do you advise updating?
