I convert my site to 7.3

during the conversion the conversion get stuck on an error on installing Knockout.

I deleted Knockout out of the installing JavaScriptLibrary directory of the install files. After that the conversion works well.

Now I get only an critical error when adding an page or edit the page settings of an site page. An error on page settings occurs only on site pages not on admin pages.

Critical error: object reference not set to an instance of an object

I tried to install knockout manually, but get then also an error on installing this file:

Installatie afgebroken - the new version is older than the installed version - Knockout:Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.lions_Packages' with unique index 'IX_lions_Packages'. The statement has been terminated.

I could install knockout by deinstall an old version. But i still I can't add pages and edit page settings
Critical error: object reference not set to an instance of an object

I did not get any errors during the upgrade... but I am also getting this error when I attempt to:

1. Add a Page
2. Edit Page Settings
3. Edit Module Settings

please check content of packages table in the database.
You need to use proper knockout library for your website to function properly.

First.... what is the correct version of Knockout. According to the Packages Table my portal has 2.2.1 installed.

Second, what would have caused this to not be properly updated?
