Frank,
did you make sure that there is an appropriate entry in packages table?

Sorry, but I don't know what you mean by that. Don't know how I can see this. Is this an database issue or do I have to look somewhere else

When I go to extensions > JavaScript Libraries

Now only version 3.1.0. of Knockout is installed.

But I don't know of Knockout causes the issue. While other people have the same error when editing setting without problems when they upgraded to 7.3

please check packages table in the database and PackageDependencies. There should be a single entry for each javascript library (jQuery, jQueryUI, jQueryMigrate)

Hi Sebastian,
Thanks for your help so far.

In PackageDependencies only those 3 entries

1 213 jQuery 1.6.4
2 214 jQuery 1.6.4
3 215 Knockout 2.2.1

jQuery is double and wrong version number should be 1.9.1
knockout is wrong version number should be 3.1.0
No jQuery-Migrate and no jQuery-UI

Packages looks OK

211   jQuery 1.9.1
213   jQuery-Migrate 1.2.1
214   jQuery-UI 1.10.3
224   Knockout 3.1.0
215   Knockout.Mapping 2.4.1

Can you say what to do?
Thanks in advance.

perhaps also important information
When I go to page management
When i go here to website pages to an page in the outline I will get no information on the right site. When I choose with the right mouse page settings I get the error
critical error object references not set to an instance of an object

When I choose here SuperUser Pages everything works correct. I get the information on the right after selecting an page and I can go to page settings.

I looked to an old site I have that is not converted to 7.3, here are also only 3 entries in PackageDependencies, with an double jQuery with wrong version number and the Knockout entrie. This site works correct.

double dependencies on jQuery are correct, as both, jQuery-Migrate (213) and jQuery-UI (214) rely on it as well as Knockout Mapping (215) relies on Knockout, this seems to be correct as well. I tend to assume, that version number is minimum, but need to verify.
