ok, I might have missed to read last paragraph of your previous post - I am glad, it is now working for you.
I agree that core Content localization is very tricky and would prefer a simpler solution myself.

I am having this issue as well. I cannot go to Admin->Languages anymore because this same error displays. Cant go to a backup because too much has been done since this started happening. Is there a way to clear the language data to try and prevent this error? Using DNN 7.3.1

please check Content of PortalLanguages and PortalAlias tables.

There seems to be some real issues with the localization. I removed three languages from the portal languages table and was able to load the list of languages from DNN again. But if I disable and try to re enable the language i receive an error on the languages page and if I try to delete a language I receive the same error as above. Whats the best way to purge the language data and old translated pages so I can start fresh with the localization.

When I try to delete from the admin-languages, I receive the error.  Then I cant access the language settings again.
