If you have Multilingual DNN Portals and there is 2 or more languages and your Default Language is not English, this is big problem on upgrade DNN... because:

Your Default Language roll back to English but  Page Title is your default langage and look like is very funy, for example, Arabic Language is default in DNN 7, Then you upgrade it to 7.1+ after finish, your DNN portal looking roll back to english but the title is keep arabic and DNN has been confuse!

You can not repair this because Default language can not change when you active multilingual system and you have more than one language.

many mistake on CSS and ... also happen when you have RTL and LTR languages. In DNN 7.3.1 this problem happen also like old versions...

Anybody can help to fix this kind of damage portals?
