Bill,
attachEvent was deprecated and has been removed by Microsoft in IE11.
A different method needs to be used, there is already a Jira issue for it.

Thanks Sebastian! Good to see that it's already been logged to Jira. I'm about to give up on IE 11 but most of my clients continue using it.

I installed a new instance of DNN 7.3.1. No problems with the installation but I also have problems in the file manager.
I can't create a folder or subfolder and I can't upload or delete any files. When trying to upload a file I get an error message "Unauthorized (401)". I'm logged in as the SuperUser. Absolutely weird!

I forgot to say that I was using the Chrome browser. Tried Firefox and IE11 and it worked perfectly.

I am having the same problem. Image manager fields all greyed out and impossible to upload files even when logged in as host. I thought it may have been a skin issue and tried with the default skins only to find the same problem.

It looks to be a browser problem though because I am experiencing it with IE11 but not Chrome.
