Hi - we have some dispute over web statistics:

Google Analytics: 100 back links during the last week (Twitter is working best)
Newspaper: 160 back links related to a few press releases (according to their statistics)

Now - in my Google analytics report the news paper does not even appear...

Is the problem with Google or the Newspaper or with the DNN Analytics module?

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Oliver

Could you clarify what you mean by Newspaper.  Is this a specific newspaper that is reporting the information to you?

Without knowing how the Newspaper measured its statistics we can't really answer this.

All the DNN analytics module does is to embed the google javascript widget into the page. So any difference is likely to be Google vs "The Newspaper".

Also the actual statistics being compared are different.
