Okay, thanks for that Seb. Fixed the exception however the missing "Subscribe" button foe Roles in Manage Services persists on all three sites (two test sites (DNN 7.3.4) and the Live site (7.3.3).

Is it possible there is a RSVP code entered for the public roles?
Another issue might be an issue in a stored procedure; Do the roles show up if you execute the following statement in Host > SQL?
Exec GetPortalRoles 0 -- replace by your portalID

Only one Role with RSVP. I removed it and no change.

 Th SP [Exec GetPortalRoles 0] returned all Roles.
