Hello everyone,

Just a heads up I am fairly new to the DNN world, thank you for taking the time to look at my issue.

I am running into an issue I cannot get DNN 7 to connect to the database, below is what the studio uses and connects just fine.

Below is the error that i am getting, I know the password is correct.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows accounts can only be used by the Windows account, currently logged in (using "IntegratedSecurity=True;" in Connection string). In this case, the Website is using the Windows account specified in IIS App Pool Advanced Settings. Either grant Access to the Server and your database for this account or enabel mixed security for SQL Server and use Login Name and Password of a SQL Server account.

if you are going to use a SQL Server account, you need to create the sql server account (e.g. "DNN", add a password, make sure, there is no password reset scheduled, and grant dbowner role for your database.
