Hi Mike,

When creating a skin we only use the "ContentPane" for admin modules and never for site content. This way you can make the content pane the full size of the screen ( by not using the 'container' class ) therefore avoiding the problems of container size background color etc.

Regards,

Geoff

Thanks everybody.

Yeah - lesson learned. I think that, in the future, I'll take Geoff's suggestion and basically only use the content pane for admin modules. For now, maybe I'll play around with moving things to a new middle pane.

For what it's worth, I do still think it would make sense to make an accessible property of a skin be "AdminPane" or something and then have it report which pane admin modules should be placed in. Then, that could just default to "ContentPane" for compatibility. But, I get that's kind of a niche request and that, had I known how this worked at the beginning, I could have avoided it...

Hope all's well,

Mike
