Alright, perhaps this has been answered, but I have yet to get an absolute clear answer on it.

ASP.NET membership offers strongly typed profile propeties.  I've been building my modules with WAP to get the single assembly and using MSBuild to push them into my dev sites (it has its pitfalls, but more gains than losses, I really don't care about F5 deployment).

We wanted to use the strongly typed profile properties that we can configure via the designer and then access in code using intellisense.  However, we usually get some namespace collision when trying to deploy.  Is there a document (and i looked through the 3.3 Profile enhancement PDF and didn't find what I wanted) that allows us to use these strongly typed properties?  Or is that a no.  I know WAP itself doesn't generate the proper file but there is a utility that does (of course that will be fixed in the super SP1 fix for VS2005).

So can I use these properties?  Or do I have to rely on UserInfo.Profile.ProfileProperties["propertyName"] ?

Thanks!

Chris
