Hi all

I am running into this issue that I can't seems to resolved. After upgrading a website from 7.0.2 to 7.3.3, I keep getting this error when I log in as the host account - mainly because of the pop-up that happens (Welcome to your website, sign up for our Newsletter) when the host logs in. After I try to close the box, it gives me this error 

Method Not Allowed (405) 
The requested resource does not support http method 'GET'

This happens in an portal admin accounts too, like when I try to drop in a new module on a page. I tried everything to resolve this - 

1. cleared the cache, restart the application

2. rebooted the server

3. copied the website to a development server - still seeing same error (at least the error is consistent!)

4. change skin to default

This is problematic now since we can't work on it. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Much thanks.
