We are having issues with when we try to make an alias as a sub domain.  Here is the example.

Primary Domain: ThisDomain.com
Sub Domain: Test1.ThisDomain.com
ERROR: The Site Alias Name You Specified Already Exists. Please Choose A Different Site Alias.
DNN Version: 07.03.03 (117)

Are other people having this same issue?  This only happened after we upgraded from 7.02.  Please help.

Thank you!!!

You might use t same alias only once.
Check the entries in table PortalAlias in the database.

We have tested this by making names that we are not needing and still have the same error message.

The alias is created within the DNS correctly. When we attempt to make the same exact alias within DNN 07.03.03 (117) we receive the "The Site Alias Name You Specified Already Exists. Please Choose A Different Site Alias."

If we choose child instead of parent we receive "The Child Site Name You Specified Already Exists. Please Choose A Different Child Site Name."

Now, within the DNN Site Management there is NO NEW entry added to the list.
