I have a client that has a very nice site with a nice skin they are happy with, but they want the ability to make minor changes to the menu every so often without having to learn CSS and edit a CSS file (i.e. something you can do using a UI/Control based editor).  I know there are some really cool skins out there that allow changes on the fly via UI Controls in a module that you can just use a color picker and a font drop-down list etc. to update, however my client is happy with what they have and do not want to redo the skin etc. using one of these skins (plus I do not know how much control even they give over the menu).  They just want control over the menu (color, size, font, mouse-overs, etc.).  I have done some searching and I am not finding anything like this.  Do any of you know of a menu that allows editing of its styles through a user friendly UI module?

Any custom skin/ui editor will as a rule be very much tied to the skin that it comes with.
To get this sort of thing to work with your client skin would usually require that changes are made to the base skin so that it can be manipulated by a css tool like 'less' which can update the contents of the site skin at run time.

Basically - you need a way to open the css file, and update the underlying settings - doing this requires a detailed knowledge of how the specific skin itself is setup.
