Hello,

I just started noticing this since upgrading to 7.3.4. When a Password Reset email is sent to a registered user, the URL in the email comes up 404. The path is correct and if I removed the query strings from the URL it goes to the Default.aspx page just fine. It's just when the the "ctl" and "resetToken" are added that there is a problem. Has anybody else experienced that?

Thanks,

John

that suggests the password reset control is no longer registered - try running the following sql to verify it's still there : SELECT * FROM [ModuleControls] where controlkey = 'PasswordReset'

Hello Sir, thank you for the reply. It appears the module is there.

The query yields the following result:

870 PasswordReset PasswordReset Admin/Security/PasswordReset.ascx -1 0
