I'm trying to copy our DNN instance onto a development server, something I've been able to do dozens of times.  This time, however, I'm getting the following error.  Can anyone shed some light on what I am missing?

Howdy!  Mike Durthaler from the United States here.

Having had "mystery" errors kick me in the teeth while doing this same thing, I have this link on my Favorites toolbar in Firefox:

http://www.ifinity.com.au/2012/09/05/Creating_a_test_copy_of_your_DotNetNuke_website

This is by Bruce Chapman, a great bloke who really knows his stuff.  I'd say start again from your original backups and follow his blog instructions to the letter.  Your install on the new server will work and what wasn't happening along the way before will drop out of the hamper for you.

Bruce has a lot of great blog articles for many DNN topics.  They're well written, well thought out and this particular one here has saved my bacon so many times I can't count them.

Let me know how this works.

Best,

Mike Durthaler
