OK, fine. Given an older site upgraded over time I assume that makes sense. That doesn't solve the issue though or does it?

The site is not sending Password Reset emails but is sending Password Reminder emails with blank passwords.

Where do I need to request support. Client complaining that users cant get passwords for eCom site. This broke somewhere around 7.2 maybe 7.3 actually.

Brian, most likely you modified text being sent out in Admin > Languages > Language Editor. Please Review keys "emaily_..." in the file displayed by default.
