I was not able to determine the issue in the allotted time, so I reverted back. There's one custom module in particular where this seems to be an issue, so the idea was that once I have time, I'll go digging. Please let me know what you find and I'll do the same.

In our case, there does not seem to be any relation to the modules used. On the servers that got corrupted, all pages are served with empty panes, regardless of the various modules they contain.

All right, I believe we can live with a temporary patch, which I'll happily build from the source if we can pinpoint the issue, but we'll have to rollback very soon if we can't find a fix.

Jesse,
I'd wait 2-3 more days and build from DNN 7.4.1 branch. You might need to pull fix for DNN-6509 as well.
