AFAIK the Editor provider on GitHub is based on the one from Ingo, just limited to DNN 7 and using DNN controls, e.g. for file browser.
DNN is fading out Telerik Controls, substituting it with jQueryUI etc.

Has anyone come up with an effective solution for creating custom page templates for the CKEDITOR - currently it requires a coder to stuff around with XML and MARKUP
No where near as elegant as the old - SAVE as TEMPLATE option in the radeditor - had at least one client looking to move to some other platform as a result - there entire workflow is based around templates for BLOG posts etc
