Cannot log in to nuke. Having some problem with AspNetMembershipProvider

No, not new. Installed about year ago I think. Last update to version 7.4.0 happened 2015-04-01 22:01:55.097

Found one strange thing: I switched username as login tick for one of portal but lost ability to log in using username for all portals. Any of 30 portals now log me in using email not username.
