Maybe I am on the wrong thread, but I have searched everywhere for detail instruction on how to use the Q&A module. I have installed it but I can't find a way to post questions. Is there a button or way to use this module?

you need to search first, to get the "add new question" button displayed.
This is by (IMHO suboptimal) design.

Thanks for your valuable answer - without sound naive; can you specify on what or where to search?

you better buy Evoq Engage because that is really intuitive.

inside the module, you get displayed a search box and have to search first for answers with any keywords - it will present a list of matching results (if any) and display the option to create a new question.
