did the whole "Inspect element" and edited every style that could have remotely had anything to do with the left and right margins in my menu items and am still coming up with zilch! Is there any way of editing the margins in my navbar that maybe I'm overlooking?

yep - only it used to be

ul.Nav-Main li a {
padding: 30px 10px;

}

until I changed it to 20px, then patted myself on the back & raised the roof in triumphant victory... until I saw in the browser that it had NO EFFECT :(

lol - at least i know I've gotta be close!
