this sounds very strange, especially as it doesn't take more than just switching a bit column inside the page record - and I am not aware of a routine which could cause this.
Would you mind to run the following query the next time you encounter a missing page:
SELECT * FROM {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}Tabs]
and provide WebsiteID and page path - this might help to identify the issue.
You may mail me directly leupold (at) dnnwerk (dot) de.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Three more pages just decided to kill themselves:

No intervention from me. I didn't talk them into it - they decided on their own. Arrrgh!

Fortunately, as you can see, they were all test pages, created by me for this purpose - but the problem extends to pages that really are important.

are there log entries for the pages being deleted - you should be able to turn on logging this event in Admin > Log Viewer.

There is no Admin > Log Viewer in my DNN installation. However, there is Admin > Site Log. When I go there, it indicates that "Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Website." Presumably, I'll have to get managed.com to enable it. Correct?

Alternately, looking around, I've discovered Admin > Event Viewer and note that I can perhaps find the page deletion records there. I'd have to know what I'd be searching for from the drop-down Type list. I've searched that list and figure that "Portal desktop module deleted" might be the one most relevant to my problem. Unfortunately, when searching with this criteria, nothing is found at all, let alone in the past few days.

If it would be easier for you - and better for me - I'd be happy to give you temporary superuser credentials. We'd obviously need to do this via emails. Use ian at ianbowden.ca for me.

Site Log feature will be ripped off from DNN in next version.
I meant Event Viewer, you might need to enable the event.
I sent you a PM regarding direct contact.
