So stop me if you've heard this one...

When logged in ad admin/superuser, the menu and dropdowns show just fine. But when loggedout the only one that shows is the first item and its set of first children pages.

It looks like the class and drop down/sub-menus arent making it past the first list item/page. Im not sure i could have done anything to make that happen as i dont have access to the core files, only the DDN admin/superuser logings. I cleared out all the custom css and it still is broken. Have you seen this before?

As a note: I used the Console Module to have a set list of child pages for most of my pages and those are working just fine so i thought maybe if i placed the DDRmenu module on another page with its default settings it might work . . . it did not . . . same behavior as the default navigation menu.

Any help will be greatyl appreciated.

Have you checked the Page Permissions of the ones that aren't showing up in the menu?

If the View permissions for the page aren't set to All Users, then they won't render in the menu.

Permission are set and copied to children.

I think its because some parent pages don't have content on them yet, so the're children are not showing up in the navigation when logged out. So if anyone has the same issue...add content to you pages and they will show up in the nav when logged out.

I know that Text/HTML modules that have no content don't render if you aren't logged in and don't have edit permissions. Never seen Nav menu items not render when there's no content on the underlying pages.
