That's the same script I have been running.  It will work for a bit, and then the error.

please check the FK constraints from tables Eventlog and Exceptions to table ExceptionEvents, both should have a cascading delete.

Last year or so, I had bots creating thousands of users. I turned off registration and deleted the users, but it appears the bots might be trying to access the accounts? Shouldn't this just throw a 404 or something though and not an exception?

 I have this issue as well. I tried the url that the bots use on my own site and the browser does show a 404 error but the module load and page load exceptions are also recorded in the event log. I can get up to 5 pages of log entries per day.

The only option I can see is to turn off logging for those types of events.

you may limit the number of events logged per type (in event log type configuration)
