If I understood correctly with my limited knowledge of the English language, the question was different:
the Admin wants to sort/filter the user list by a specific custom profile property.

Sebastian,

Don't be too modest about the language unless it was a joke.

 

I must have mistakenly taken the "My i've a required field in the registration of new users at my website." for "May i've a required field in the registration of new users at my website."

Anyways, Jose now has two answers to choose from instead of one. (a joke)

I just wanted to see what some of my registred users had in one costum profile propriety, and the Membership Directory module works for me.
