I developed a web site for golf registration for a group of about 50 guys.  It was very easy to do using DNN and has been extremely successful.  Using DNN and Extensions like Events made it easy to develop.  It was the first and only web site I have developed.  I was mainly a mainframe and database developer for my career.  I am running release 7.00.05.  I have no problems with the web site and no need for any enhancements.  My question: Is it necessary for me to upgrade to the latest version of release 7.

I would recommend upgrading as there are Critical security issues that have been resolved since DNN 7.0.5
