Hi, 

 As Mike does, I get the same two errors if i Start dnn 8 in visual studio 2013 before installing dnn8.  After installing it trough iis i get 8 errors of the same type, and are from the same file.

I would be eternally grateful for some enlightenment of what could be the problem, and how to solve it?

most likely, you forgot to unblock the downloaded package (in File Properties, at the bottom of 1st tab), prior to unzipping all files contained.
I suggest restarting from scratch. You do not need VS 2015 (unless for developing your own modules and providers).
