i'm using DNN 07.04.02 (216) 

When try to load Host-Extension page, get:

and in Event log see:

No changes was made on this website since months. This happen only with Extension page under Host. Not under Admin page.

There is way to fix this?

Looked at the results, and TabID,TabORder,UniqueID and TabPath seems "unique" for this record. Can show to you?

Or maybe there is another solutions?

thank you for reply. Tried to apply the script to fix TabID . Same issue. Cleared cache, restarted app pool but no luck.
