Although a date cannot be given, I will say this to all those that complained about the last version being an Release Candidate (RC).  No matter how many issue the Benefactors found in thier Beta testing, that is a very limited number of user compared to the whole DNN commmunity.  Yes, they did find some pretty big issues and we consider the Benefactor Beta Testing period very succeful it is unresonable to think they could find all the issues. That is why Public Beta's and Release Candidates are used.  It allows an application to be let loose in the wild and put the the ringers by a wider variety of use cases (which usually turn up a few more issues).

That being said, the issues that have been found since 4.03.02 was release are being worked on as we speak and once they are resolved you will see an announcement about the next official release.  The issues being found during the RC cycle instead of after the "Gold" release will be beneficial to everyone in the long run.
