Any more word from the little bird?  We would like to use the new version but will need something soon, ie by early next week, and trying to decide to wait it out or modify the 3.0.X core to meet our needs.

I'm testing a 4.3.3 build at the moment. It's looking good. I saw there was an update to the build today, based on some upgrade issues found and rectified.

You should be able to start the sites in earlier versions and upgrade without problems to buy you some time.  But I sense it must be fairly soon.

And please for your client's sake, don't go down the path of modifying the core, unless you're going to run with the build and not do any updates. I've heard some horror stories on the matter and in the whole scheme of things - DNN teaches us all patience!

This will be a very good build - similar to the DNN 3.1.1 build which was such a good release I wish they all went as smooth.

And... does anyon here know the fastest DotNetNuke build that was ever done?  .. I do..

Nina, I see you got it running. Did you use the installer or the old-fashioned way ?

As far as I know, we are in the stage of a formal release (4.3.3).
It was actually already built a few days ago, however there was a last minute problem with the text-editor (and some other minor things such as debug= true in the release.config and a paging problem on the userpage).

We now have a new 4.3.3 to do some more testing before it will be released to the public.

Thanks all for the updates, sounds like we may be close and have a solid build.

Will 3.3.3 and 4.3.3 both be released at the same time?  I've be using mostly the 3.X versions all along so have been sticking with them unless there is an advantage to moving up.

So, the final release is now out. Give the little birdie a worm! (The good kind. The kind that little birdies like. Not the other kind.)
