The type/namespace could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

I have an ASP.NET website, when I deployed it on my machine, it's giving me an error saying: "CS0246: The type or namespace name 'DotNetNuke' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference!?)". can someone please help me resolve this error. Quick response would be appreciated.
