I don't have the "Theme" defined in my web.config on sites that have been running for many many years... Honestly can say I've never seen that before

That use of theme is an ASP.Net technique that DNN does not use. DNN uses the same word (skin) to mean something else.

Interesting, it sounds like DNN intends for people to use their own skinning system and not ASP.Net which would explain why there are occasionally issues with asp.net themes in certain places. We'll have to look into converting the asp.net theme to a DNN skin.

Heh, DNN's skinning engine existed before ASP.NET's as well

We're running into an issue with moving the asp.net's *.skin files over to dnn skin folder. The purpose of these files is to set default attributes for certain controls (we use them to set defaults for telerik controls).

Does such functionality exist with DNN skinning?
