Michael, my thoughts exactly. Seems like the Microsoft methodology - throw a crappy upgrade out there and let all the dumbo users install it and find all the bugs. It's little wonder that DNN's market share is dropping. They'll say, "Well, upgrade to our flagship Evoq". I respond, "No thanks... ridiculously expensive for what you get out of the box, compared to other similar offerings on the market, and if DNN Platform has all these problems, I don't have any confidence in the stability of Evoq." DNN, we know that we are effectively your "beta testers", but cut us a break and don't release rubbish with known issues - sort the known issues out first. Yesterday, my sites came up saying "Critical Upgrade" - good thing I already knew to ignore it, but I pity all the others who are panicking right now, trying to install a "critical upgrade" and having their site crash out on them!
