I upgraded to version 9.1.1 from 7.3.4. When I click the edit page button on any page, the menu for adding modules to the page does not show. Because of this, I cannot add modules to pages. Is there something I have to tweak in the skin, or some other solution?

Presumably if your are logged in with proper permissions the Persona Bar shows up on the left. There should be a pencil at the bottom left of the Personna Bar, though maybe 5% of the time I have to force a refresh to get it there for some reason - timing? Click that to show the Add Module, Add Existing Module and Page Settings footer bar.

The problem ended up being related to the version of the upgrade I had installed. I needed to install the upgrade for Evoq Basic instead of whatever version I had installed originally (can't remember which one it was off the top of my head). So I had installed the incorrect upgrade for the version of DNN I was running. Once I refreshed my test site back to the version of DNN I was originally running, and then installed the correct upgrade version, everything worked fine.
