Hi Tony,

Can you tell us more on the file browse?

I'm interested in the file browse which can restrict our users to have correct directory path. I want the editor can have a file browse which browse for local drive and create a link to the file automatically. Like "C:\TEMP1\test.txt" path can be created as "file:///C:/TEMP/test.txt".

I think it is must more user-friendly to our users. Do you intereste in creating a function like this?

Thank you for your attention.

Molly

1. Full links
When a link is populated in the FCK_Link window can it be a full link (http://somedomain.com/thelink) instead of a partial link (/thelink) . I have clients who put page and file links into Emails that are created within DNN using Form Master which in uses the FCK Editor.

Maybe you don't know it, but this is a feature already included. You can enable it by using the custom options page

sorry guys ... i don't get it ... which option/ value do i have to set to get full urls as links?

In the custom options window, expand the 'Other' options and check of 'Use Full Path"

I would select 'Portal" for the Settings type, that way the full path option would be used for every module.

The core URL control is not returning a 'Friendly URL' as well. We are looking into how to solve this
