Thru the front end there isn't a way to do it once the post has been published. If you're comfortable with SQL, you can execute the following on the back end.

update FEEDBACK set STATUS = 1 where FeedbackID = [ID of post you want to set private].

the easiest way I have found to edit, delete, or basically do whatever you want to the feedback posts is to simply open your sql database up....navigate to the table  "dnn_Feedback" and then view the contents...they are each in there and you can edit and delete them as you wish!

While some of us have knowledge in SQL db, some don't. Is there any other way we can (selectively) delete the posts?

Open up the database and look about... Sorta defeats the whole purpose of a graphical user interface for a content management system. :(

So, unless we manually delete them, these feedback messages just sit in the database forever?  Could this become a problem for high traffic sites?

Ok, there is a problem with the delete feature, but could we have an option where it does not save the messages at all?  Could it not simply send them and not archive them?  Or, how about using an expiration date for the messages?
