Are you doing this on your own server?  What OS are you running? Windows 2K with IIS5 or Win2k3 with IIS 6.0

The permissions are configured in different places depending on which OS.

This is not on my own server. It is a company server. On my computer I have Windows XP. What they have on the server, I dont know. I would most likely have to call the help desk and have them change the setting, which takes forever for them to do anything. I was sort of hoping that I would be able to change them myself.

Thank you all for the help,

Justin Brew

You will have to get the support people for your server involved.  The settings need to be made to NTFS on the server.
