I'm very pleased to see that most, if not all, of my thinking about your module, has actually been in progress of development . Duplicate work is not efficient, so it would be wise of me to wait for your next release.

My multilevel categories solution didn't invent the wheel of coarse, but here are my steps:

1. Added 2 fields to Categories table: ParentCategoryID and ViewOrder.
2. Adjusted the edit category control to update this 2 fields (Parent categories are displayed in a listbox, filled using recursion).
3, Added the same Parent Categories listbox in the Categories Admin control, clicking on it filters the categories shown.
4. Added SubCategories List control to be dynamically added to Categories Menu control.
5. Modified Categories Menu control to dynamically load sub categories as an unordered list. Planned (not fullfilled) to use only unordered lists, and with CSS you can create a nice categories menu that expands it's subcategories.
6. Planned (not fullfilled) to add SubCategories List control + token to be displayed in the template when a user clicks on a main category that have both products and sub categories in it.


After your awaited release will be published I might have more things to point out.
BTW what do you mean by Simple Payment Provider feature?
I developed 2 sites (not using DNN) where the customer wanted only to get the shopping cart and client details in e-mail, afterwards he contacts the client by phone.
Will sending those details to store's e-mail as a "payment" method is planned ?
