Is there any method to speed up the editor load on a page?  Perhaps some caching option?  I could not find anything in the documents (searched on speed, performance and cache), and am noticing a really slow load at times for the main editor control.

This load issue is especially noticable on post backs to settings pages like repository when adding categories, or user details (due to the bio section).

I may have missed a simple setting in the config - please anyone feel free to point out my oversight if you know of something!  I don't mind looking dumb as long as it improves

Not sure.  CuteEditor has the same problem because of all the buttons that load.  I love CuteEditor because of it's enhanced functionality and configuration options but the buttons take a while to load.

FCKeditor 2.3 loads really fast (more that FTB and many others). Provider 1.0.4 uses FCKEditor 2.3 and the new version will use 2.3.1

I'm using 1.0.4 from the project downloads here.  It is painfully slow - mainly on the repository module, so much so that I have to change to basic text box in the settings until I'm done with configuring all the options (due to the numerous postbacks).
