I recently upgraded to 3.3.4 from 3.1.  No errors on install.  When I select "User Accounts" from the Admin menu the current user "manage profile" page is returned.  I am logged in as the administrator.  I'm not seeing a way of getting to the User Accounts page.  I searched the forums and am surprised not to find any similar posts. I'm assuming this is a simple fix.  Could this be a skin issue?

I followed the upgrade procedure in the installation guide.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue.  Clean upgrade from 3.2.2 to 3.3.4.  When I click on the name of the logged in user, I get a blank page.  Haven't figured it out yet.  Anyone else have the same issue?

Yep, me too. Upgraded from 3.2.2 to 3.3.4 and I couldn't get these pages anymore. I don't thinks it's a skin problem; if you reset to the default one, the problem remains. I've seen some posts about a similar problem with 4.3.4; these were related to the installation script. But I couldn't find something similar in my logs. So I don't have a solution I'm afraid. On one site I solved the 'problem' by reinstalling dnn.....

Cheers,
Marcel

I did a little digging on this and found out that:

A local copy of DNN (which displays the profile page fine) uses "/ctl/Profile" in the query string.  Querying the db (local dev) there is a record in ModuleControls that has a "ControlKey" value of "Profile".  This is the pointer to the user control that is being called.  A query of my prod database showed that this record was not in the ModuleControls table.  This control does not have a value in ModuleDefId so there was no key refernce issue.  I wrote a quick insert statment and the profile page displays fine now.

I have also noticed that the same issue exists for the "Manage Profile Properties" link under Admin > User Accounts.  I get the same blank page there.  I haven't checked it out yet but this may be a similar issue.  When I figure it out I will post a follow up.

Interesting, though, I checked back through all of the log errors for the upgrade and didn't see anything that would have indicated a potential issue with these controls.  I upgraded from 3.2.2 to 3.3.4

Hope this helps,

Jonathan

I just checked and the control for the "Manage Profile Properties" was also missing from the ModuleControls table.  This one does have a key to the ModuleDefinitions table, though, so you have to make sure that you put the correct key in ModuleDefId.  For all the other values, I just looked at a clean install locally to be sure that the values were good.
