I very very glad to know about that, I think the same.

How about convince o train our resources (programmers) to be more flexible and don't reinvent the wheel?

How to convince old fashiones with new ones? offcourse time and money make the difference, but, is there any magic like "follow me and win" to make the process fast and cheap? (not a tutorial or a start point, any strategy to put human resources on the rail).
