i had the same problem you must to delete all modules less help and http and after (in website->install->modules) you must install one by one in the web->host->modules

Can you/someone please give give specific steps, as I this is my first time installing DNN and don't understand what you mean or how to install from website->install->modules to web->host->module one by one.
