Looks like the soon-to-be-open-source Ktomics WWWiki to me.

Hiya - yep, it is. Took a look at the proposed core module, but had trouble with it.

I also considered using one of the many stand alone wiki products which are actually much more feature rich than the Ktomics module, but I feel that one aim of the site is to promote DNN and so I decided that I should use a module for DNN rather than a stand alone product.

I like the new video tutorials, i'm quite new to DotNetNuke and the module development tutorials helped greatly.
