Great question, I'm not really sure actually, in html, you can add stuff to the page for noindex, in DNN, I'm not sure.

If it's never linked to, it should eventually disappear from google.

Yes, it was slated to go in earlier this year, but we hit some licensing issues. I'm about due to restart discussions about getting it integrated.
