Here's my problem.

Users that are in the proper security roles are unable to see restricted forums.

My users cannot see the forums.

Example:

security role - Members

User - "me"

I have added the security role "Members" to the user "me".

I create a forum and restrict it.  I then add the security role "Members" to the authorized roles.

"Me" is still unable to see/post in the forum.

This user can post and view all other forums.  What is the problem?

This is a problem based on how you setup the configuration somehow. Please review other posts and see the documentation.

Is there something wrong with the steps I took to make a security role and put users in them?  Seems pretty straight forward to me.  Don't see why restricted forums are staying hidden when people do have access to them.

Do you have 'Members' setup as the AUthorized Edit Role of the forum as well?
