Hello,

I am using DNN 4.0.2. I have upgraded my documents module with 03.01.05. But then it stopped working and was giving me an error, when I try to edit/upload any document.

Error:

A critical error has occurred. Method not found: 'System.String DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserInfo.get_DisplayName()'.

I realised that the document module (3.1.5) should only be installed with DotNetNuke 3.3 or 4.3.

How could I revert to my original documents module version. Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks!!

The only way you can revert is to restore a backup, or delete/uninstall the documents module and then reinstall an old version.

Hello,

Thank you for the reply. Could you please let me know where I could find the documents module corresponding to my DNN 4.0.2 version. I think I need the documents module version 3.1. Please let me know the details.

Thanks!!

The downloads for the documents module are on this page.  Click the "download" link and you will be directed to the SourceForge page, you can use the treeview controls to find/download the older version.
