My skin thumbnails have not been working and it's starting to bug me.  (DNN 3.3.x)
I install all of my skins to the Default portal using the host ID.

When logged as host - host menu -> skins the URL for the skin and container thumbnails is incorrect.  (this is the same for admin ID's also)
Incorrect Path:
Correct Path:

For some strange reason it is inserting the IIS home directory (Directory1) in the path.
I hope it's something simple and this can be chalked up as another learning experience.
Thanks.
